Returns

We hope you love what you buy here. Just to let you know that refunds are only given if a pin is damaged or defective on arrival. Buyer will have to send photos of the damaged item and you can let me know if you want another or a refund.

If you want to return the pin once you get it, that's fine but you will have to pay the return shipping cost. This will have to be within 30 days though or won't be accepted.

If you pin doesn't arrive in good time please drop me an email and I will chase it up. It can take up to 2 weeks to arrive in the UK area and maybe longer to the rest of the world.

Most orders will be sent same day up until 4pm. If you order after it will be next day or Monday on a weekend.
